Quality Monitoring and Control
Dasyc has the monitoring and control tools, diagnostic technology and on-going quality training procedures, alongside with perfectly trained and experienced personnel in place, to fully meet customer expectations for quality and process controls that result in precision parts.
Our Quality Plans are developed to meet the customers’ specific requirements, in order to ensure that the component or subassembly production is monitored and controlled, documented and tested according to the customer particular specifications.
The Quality Control department is operating in all three shifts, with patrols during each shift and additional special procedures are followed before the parts are released. All quality procedures are properly documented and can be traced following our customers’ requests, according to the procedures described into our Quality Manual, which fully complies with the ISO 9001:2008 certification
Furthermore, we are currently enhancing our procedures to meet the demands of TS 16949:2009 Automotive Quality Systems Standard and we plan to have our system certified accordingly during the 1st Quarter of 2016.
